What is the sizing of Nitro Circus Shop product?

A lot of our products have a different fit or sizing so please refer to the size chart on each product page for exact measurements, or the Size Chart page.

Can I pay over the phone?

Sorry we are unable to take phone payments at this time.

Where are you based and can I come in and pick up my product and look at the full range?

The Nitro Circus Shop is online only, and we do not offer pick up.

What payment methods do you accept?

The Nitro Circus Shop accepts credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay via PayPal accounts. PayPal will be presented as a payment option during checkout.

How fast will my item arrive?

Delivery times will differ depending on your delivery destination. Please visit the Shipping Guide page in the Shop Assistant for more information.

What are your shipping charges?

We ship all over the world, so the shipping charges vary depending where the delivery is going. For more information, please visit the Shipping Guide page.

The item I want is sold out. Will you get more in?

Generally we will only show items that are available in stock. Please contact us regarding any particular item you would like, including size and colour, and we will let you know if we are able to source it for you.

An item I received is faulty – how do I request a refund?

Our quality control team inspects all deliveries from {ONLINE_SHOP_NAME} to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us via Customer Service.

Can I send back my order for an exchange?

To exchange an item, please send back your item to us for a refund. You will be refunded for the cost of the item only, excluding the postage cost. You can then place a new order for a different item.

How secure is the store? Are my details protected?
