What is the sizing of Nitro Circus Shop product?
A lot of our products have a different fit or sizing so please refer to the size chart on each product page for exact measurements, or the Size Chart page.
Can I pay over the phone?
Sorry we are unable to take phone payments at this time.
Where are you based and can I come in and pick up my product and look at the full range?
The Nitro Circus Shop is online only, and we do not offer pick up.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Nitro Circus Shop accepts credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay via PayPal accounts. PayPal will be presented as a payment option during checkout.
How fast will my item arrive?
Delivery times will differ depending on your delivery destination. Please visit the Shipping Guide page in the Shop Assistant for more information.
What are your shipping charges?
We ship all over the world, so the shipping charges vary depending where the delivery is going. For more information, please visit the Shipping Guide page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely! You will get a notification email with a tracking number from the shipping provider once the order has been shipped. All Tracking and Order Information is available on anytime in your Account Section.
An item I received is faulty – how do I request a refund?
Nitro Circus Shop is happy to accept the return of goods for a full refund within 14 days of receipt by you if a product is not of satisfactory quality i.e. faulty. If you quality for a refund, please commence a product return via the Returns & Exchange Application. For more information please visit the Returns & Exchanges page.
What if I don’t like a product – or if it’s too big or too small?
While refunds are not provided for a change of mind, Nitro Circus Shop does accept the exchange of garments for a different size within 14 days of receipt by you, as long as the product is returned in its original condition, unworn and with the tag still attached. If the new size is not available or out of stock, our Customer Service team will let you know and will issue you with a credit for the store valid for 12 months.
