We are going to make sure you get your stuff... fast!
If your order does not ship within 7 business days of placing the order - we will refund your shipping charges. For example, if you order a hat on Monday, and it hasn't shipped by the following Wednesday - shipping is on us!
To alert us of a delay and get your refund - simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into it for you. Just remember, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
We also want to make sure you love your stuff!
We know our stuff is awesome, but if you happen to disagree, we want to make it right. Regular, unworn items can be returned within 30 days.
Custom printed items are not returnable through the normal channels, but shoot us an email at email@example.com if you are not happy. We'll do our best to make it right.
The You Got This Guarantee Fine Print
We can only guarantee how fast an order will be processed and leave the warehouse. The guarantee does not include transit time of shipment. Actual delivery time will depend on chosen shipping method, and lots of things you can't control like the weather.
Guarantee window might extend past 7 days during peak shopping times, at the discretion of our warehouse. We will let you know if/when there are times when we might need an extra day or two to get your stuff out the door.
